Scholarship Application

At Rehoboth Acres we are committed to serving you and your Rehoboth Citizen well and making room for them to thrive. We also want to be faithful stewards of the resources entrusted to Rehoboth; therefore, we ask families seeking financial assistance to complete this scholarship application through FACTS.

FACTS Financial Aid Management will be conducting the financial need analysis for all Rehoboth Citizens.

What to send FACTS

Once an online application has been completed, the following information will need to be sent to FACTS to complete the application process:

• Copies of your 2025 Federal tax forms including all supporting tax schedules.
• Copies of supporting documentation for Social Security Income, Welfare, Child Support, Food Stamps, Workers’ Compensation, and TANF.

All supporting documentation can be uploaded in PDF or JPEG format through your FACTS account.

For the purpose of this application, the “Applicant” is the parent or legal guardian, and the “Student” is the Rehoboth Citizen.
